Post-Purchase Offers

The best way you can get your customers ReConverted using post-purchase upsells is to:
Give them a big discount
Give them a very personalized offer

Your one-click upsell offers are created and adjusted on the offer editor.

The Best Trigger to set

We recommend that you set your trigger to all orders, it would be best for all your customers to see your post-purchase offers.



Editing your offers

We recommend that you set:

Your first upsell to be the most expensive product, at half of your max discount.
If they accept the offer, upsell a product recommended by Shopify at an extra 5% off.
If they decline the offer, upsell the most expensive product at your max discount.

Creating urgency

The offer editor has a timer option, it is best to leave it on and offer a small time-window as this adds urgency to the offer.



Thank You Page Widgets
