You may run into an issue where the Pop-Up with Timer does not appear on your Thank You Page. As frustrating as that maybe, the fixes are quite simple.
Here's how you can fix it.

Firstly, make sure that the published template has the pop up widget enabled. The widget can be enabled in the General Settings Section of the Page Builder



If these conditions are met then you’re good to go.



You can choose to display the pop-up:

On every impression - the popup will appear every time a customer visits the thank you page.
Display once per customer - the popup will only appear once for each customer.
Once per order - the popup will only appear once for each order.

📝 NOTE: We’ve designed this feature so it’ll only appear once per order/customer to present a true - special offer.

You wouldn't want customers to visit the thank you page multiple times and see the same “special” offer again, as the repeat offer would be redundant and may be seen as spam.

If you still want to check that this widget works, just choose the on every impression option and place a test order on your store (or use already existing order) and see if it appears in the thank you page.
