In Shopify the order confirmation page consists of two main sections: the left side and the right side. In each of these sections there are a few mandatory elements that are built in built into Shopify system and cannot be removed. We do have the option however, to control their position/location on the you page to a certain extent, and make certain modifications.

On the left side these sections are:

Order number
Order confirmation
Customer information
Continue shopping button

On the right side this sections is:

Order summary

| The color and styling of these elements will change according to the checkout settings in the template editor in Shopify. Assuming you chose to create a new template from scratch, the first time you’ll see the page builder it should look about like this:

In the top bar (from left to right) you have the option to go back to the dashboard, see the template’s name, display mobile/desktop preview, see the template’s status (published or draft) and save changes.

Product Upsell

Product upsell is one of the most powerful widgets in ReConvert - allowing you to display a specific product to the customer, possibly with a special offer, on the thank you page.

Product upsell supports our "2 step checkout", which means that the customer will be redirected directly to the payment page in the checkout process, and will skip the cart, customer information and shipping method pages.

1. Select product

After adding the Product upsell widget in the page builder, first we’ll have to select which product to display. There are 8 options available:

Most expensive product purchased - will dynamically display the most expensive product purchased for each order
Wiser recommendations - will dynamically display personalized product recommendations using Wiser proprietary algorithm
Personalized Recommendations - will dynamically display personalized product recommendations using Personalized Recommendations proprietary algorithm
Rebuy intellegent cross sell - will dynamically display personalized product recommendations using Rebuy proprietary algorithm
Recomatic recomendations - will dynamically display personalized product recommendations using Recomatic proprietary algorithm
Shopify product recommendation - will dynamicall

Pop-up With Timer

This feature lets you create a special, time-sensitive offer for customers who just completed a purchase.

NOTE: The difference between normal pop-ups and this one is the fact that this pop-up doesn't take anything from the customers - it only provides value (unlike other popups, usually asking for your email/phone number, etc).

The pop-up includes:

Free text
Timer
Offer decline button
Offer accept button

If the customer chooses to decline the offer, a bar with the timer will appear at the bottom of the customer’s screen, in case he decides to accept your offer later.
If the customer chooses to accept the offer, he will be redirected to a URL of your choice, and a bar with the timer will appear at the bottom of the screen as well.

You can also add a discount code to your offer, which will be attached to the redirect URL automatically. You can either use one general coupon code you’ve created in the Shopify discount section or use an automatic coupon for % discount, flat rate or free shipping offer.

Pop-up preview button - you can click this button to show Pop-up preview
Enable pop-up - check it to enable or uncheck to disable the pop-up
Display:
- On every impression - the popup will appear every time a customer visits the thank you page

Product Recommendations

Product recommendations is one of the most powerful features ReConvert has to offer.

With the Product recommendations widget, you can display dynamic or static recommended products on your customer's thank you page, offering him the opportunity to purchase again, possibly with an additional discount.

1. Select what products to display

A. Select a specific collection

This option will allow you to display a specific collection from your store.

When selecting a specific collection, you'll be able to see the product details like images, titles, prices and vendors.

B. Use Rebuy Recommendations (integration)

This option will allow you to display smart product recommendations from the Rebuy app.

If Rebuy is not installed in your store, you'll see an install button for the app. The integration is seamless, so if the app is already installed on your store, you won't have to take any further action.

ReConvert makes it super easy to collect customer birthdays using you thank you page. All you have to do is go to the page builder and add birthday collector widget to your thank you page.

Birthday collector widget

This widget lets you collect your customer birthdays, this information will be synced into the Shopify customer card as a note, and can be integrated with autoresponders (at the moment we support MailChimp, Klaviyo, SMSBump, Tobi & SMS Notifications).

You can use it to create an automation; send a personalized birthday emails, possibly with a discount, build a relationship with the customer and provide an outstanding customer experience.

The birthday subscription element has all the free text features and some additional ones:

Choose the date format (different for different countries)

This feature will allow you to ask one question from your customer about every product they buy. This question will appear below every product (in case the customer ordered multiple products).

Getting user-generated content, the conversion rates on product comments are up to 10 times higher than review requests later down the road
Gathering customer insights you didn’t know before
Learn the customer language and use it later in your marketing campaigns

Enable product comments

To enable Product Comments go to the Page builder > General settings > Product comments and check 'Enable product comments' box.

Inside the product comments widget you have a few options:

Enable/Disable product comments
Customize the question you want to ask your customers (placeholder text)
Customize the button text, text color and background color

Edit the “thank you message” and the thank you message color
